53% of the share capital of Fineurop Soditic S.p.A. is held by Fineurop, 18% by SFH Jersey Limited and 29% by the company’s senior management.

93% of the share capital of Fineurop Investment Opportunities S.p.A.(FIO) is held by Fineurop and 7% by the company’s management.

49% of the share capital of Eurosupport S.r.l. is held by Fineurop and 51% by the company’s management.

33% of the share capital of PromoSprint Holding S.r.l. is held by Fineurop and its management and 67% by the other promotor shareholders.
